Demonstration —participants are taken through an introduction and self-assessment exercise, by Elevation Zimbabwe’s training buddy. After which they are taken through a series of sessions that unleashes the individual or teams potential.
Implementation — the participants apply their learning through a practical/field assignment, where s/he collects a portfolio of evidence on their success and failures. This approach develops the individual’s ability to think critically about challenges and find solutions, redefining the person & their environment.
De-brief—
the participants will assembly for a self—evaluation/self-reflection exercise, mapping a way forward and possible linkage to Elevation Zimbabwe's training buddies
We encourage learning
by doing which makes the participatory system approach the key difference
between our intervention and merely showing how to accomplish a skill. Each
participant must be able to complete and check each item from a task list. It
eliminates superficial participation and truly builds confidence in an
individual through accomplishment.
